Fireworks

Well, that's Bonfire night, or Fireworks night over for another year. Luckily the laws for the under 18s possessing fireworks in public has kept the street a bit safer this year. We may have a few more fireworks going off over the week to come, and then some at New Year, but generally 2004's not been too bad :)

Went to a public fireworks display in Aldershot last night. It drizzled with rain only when the fireworks went off and not before, between or after LOL. That didn't make any difference though, just meant I had to keep my camera safe from the rain for most of the time. Also it wasn't too cold out.

The rain kept the smoke down though, so we were kept in a haze of fog for most of the time, so even though I didn't shoot any really clear pictures of the fireworks themselves I took a load of interesting photos. I shall have to file them under "experimental" and "ambiguous backgrounds". Fingers crossed there'll be a clear night for the fireworks display next year :)
