It won't come out...

I mean that; it just won't come out!

It went in about half 2 on Sunday and when I'd had enough I wanted it out.

But it just wasn't havin' it.

So it stayed there for the next 2 and a half hours.

And if it doesn't come out now it'll probably stay there forever and drive me mad...

    Well, that was cryptic and potentially very gross.

    But feel free to report on the progress of this "birthing" of the nottobenamed thing. Maybe this could be like 20 questions...my first question is: Is it blue?

    (P.S. 20 questions is a classic game that kids play in the car while on a road trip where one child thinks of something and the others ask questions to figure out what it is.)

    OK, if you're "jamming" things for "pleasure", I pretty much can't get my mind out of the gutter to figure out what the hell you're talking about.
    OK, I'll try. Here's my reasonable guess: your tape/CD/DVD is stuck in your stereo/VCR/etc.

    P.S. Have I ever mentioned that I really dig how the stars next to your links rotate around? Somehow this makes them SO much more enticing to click on....

    Now. Which one is it?

    Oh and glad you dig my oh-so-slowly rotating stars :D When there's time I'll hack this template again and do it properly - it's neither the soviet thing I was working on nor the blue skies theme... 3/10 - must try harder ;)

    RahX: LOL glad to know that dude :) I think they've been spinning since about December... which begs the question... do these stars spin when you're not looking or even not online...?

    Guess #1: Wilco (guess based on previous post/comments)
    Guess #2: New Order (guess based on MY fav. British band-which is dubiously relevant to the game at hand.)

    Oh, and the stars only rate 3/10? I'd love to see 10/10....I guess I have low standards. :)

    OK, BIG CLUE, If it doesn't some out soon it'll drive me "insane in the membrane..."

    BTW 3/10 was a comment on my own lack of commitment to making my blog look pretty and not relating to any guesses so far ;) Just thought I'd clear that up :)

    Jay: LOL Aw cummon, Jay, 'course you could :) Everybody here is cool enough, and anyways, in the interests of managing expectations, I'd be happy with anywhere between from 5 to 7/10 myself :| So an eventual attempt at 5 it is then... :p

    Tescosuicide: Hey dude; the aforementioned offending disc was due to be replaced with a blast of "Combat Rock", just right for a sunny blast along the motorway, when the EJECT button stuck. It's not even trying to chuck the disc out, it just does... nothing.

    BTW How you getting on with the Kris Needs' Joe Strummer book? I'm only 3 chapters in but it's a decent read...

    Hurrah! That was the reset button...

    ..OK, just gotta do the bass & treble again and probably re-tune the stations too, but hey, at least I don't have to listen to Cypress Hill forever now...LOL
