Rhinestones? I didn't order no Rhinestones...

Trotsky the Postman does that when he's in a rush; Lets me know there's a parcel by ringing the bell and legging it...
So I find a box marked "Rhinestone" on my doorstep...

*Penny Drops*
Yeehah, I got Twinkies, I got Twinkies, oooh, and Lucky Puffs too - bright green - awesome, and they're coconut too - my favourite :D And a Moon Pie and a Spider-man Crazy Dip amazing crackling + lollipop and a note on a fluorescent green index card...
Thankyou Vicious Summer xx
Mmmm, Twinkies, good... Twinkies and big mug of tea... ohh!!
What a great start to the day

When I came back from the States last week I brought back a 5lb bag of "Jolly Rancher" hard candy for the lot at The Mill. It is dissapearing rapidly. I must admit to have missed Twinkies on my travels, another thing to check out next time.

Piniyin: Hey dude, LOL, Lucky Lever indeed :D
I noticed, after devouring it with a big mug of tea, that the Moon Pie could have gone in the microwave!!!
You'll have to get your sis to grab you a Moon Pie, chuck it on high for 5-15 seconds and let me know :)
Brom-man: Jolly Ranchers, yeah! And butterscotch lifesavers are ace too. Sweets/candy always goes down well at work places - must admit to missing the big company/workforce lifestyle :( You should be working here, Brom-man, we could do with a candy monitor :)

Yow. Twinkies. And the good thing about mailing them, is that they are timeless...they's so cranked with artificial "goodness"?! that they never actually go bad. SO you didn't get any red ones, aye? Those seem just a little bit more unnatural than the rest em' and are precisely what I eat if I ever get depressed. I think it's like a death wish.

BBFK: Red ones? I gotta see them; I can just imagine them all lined up - yellow, green, red... do they do blue ones too? A bit like the stuff they were eating in the BBC TV version of Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy when Ford Prefect was eating the food on the Vogon Constructor ship...
Funny thing is Summer posted them on the 17 Feb on they only just got here...
Red ones LOL

And yes lever! you were right! it IS tAtU hahaha. They split cos they both got pregnant so they weren't lesbians after all, that was just to sell records. Mwuah.

The BBC has a Hitchhiker's Guide TV show? How cool is that?! I think a movie's being made from the book as well. And do you NEED a red twinkie, Lever? ;) I could mail you a package, but I'll remain dubious that it's a good thing.

Wow, I don't know what any of those confections are, and the green one looks scary. These are edible?

Rebekah: LOL
*considers oneself truly reprimanded* ;)
TMRB: LOL - trouble with making you hyper whilst chained to a desk doing editorial all day is that you just want to get up, GO and not do any work...
Oreos are cool, but we only get the choc ones...
And Tatu (TatU, TAtu, tAtU, whatever LOL)... thanks for the update... they got pregnant LOL "And guess what your mummy used to do before you were born...?"
BBFK: What? You haven't seen the old H2G2 BBC TV series? Wow. I gotta get you sorted, Becky. It's part of my childhood that show. It was shown in about... er... 1982 or thereabouts. You've got to see it - everything about it is so cool, so 1980s - including Douglas Adams' social commentary on digital watches being "neat" etc...
And the film is out NEXT FRIDAY... I can't wait...
...but I'm gonna have to.
LOL I'd ask you out to the movie next week if you weren't so far away :(
And, as for NEEDing a red twinkie I'll leave that up to you Becky :)
Jay: Say what? Are you telling me that just across the border there's different stuff? I remember "Three Musketeers" and "Oh Henry" but thought you'd at least have Moon Pies & Twinkies...
On a random tangent, whilst thinking about healthy snacks, I ate something called ReBar once - I love the idea, just the taste left a little to be desired (Good god, I'm so bloody diplomatic at times, why couldn't I have just said it tasted like horse-shit?)

Rebar...my dad got on this super hippyhealthkick once and was all about those health bars. He got some rebar's and I took one hiking with me. I swear, I'd have rather gone hungry.
So what does one have to do to get california girls to send you treats?

OK. That's it. There's going to have to be an international mailing of red twinkies. And Jay, if you read this: I don't recommend that you actually *eat* them. Lever: if you made it through the green kind, then the red won't be too much worse. They may actually be tastier: the red color is due to "grenadine" (in quotes because it's probably *artificial* cherry-juice.) So, drop me an email with your address: b.bachmann@gmail.com
And I'm feeling deprived as far as the TV series goes. Oh. And *bugger!*-on not being able to make the movie viewing with you... ;)

RahX: ROFL - "hippyhealthkick" - that's such a cool term, man, have you TM'd it yet?
You should get a ReBar for a drunken evening session and get everyone to try it LOL then blog the low-down on people's reactions... Haha ;)
As for my secret...? Well, OK, I just surprise 'em and make 'em laugh ;)
BBFK: Oh you sweetheart, Becky x Communique on the way (hey that rhymes, even without an "e acute" accent on the end)
I'd still like to see Jay's reactions to the eating of red twinkies though... I know they'd be funny...
*slinks off to movies on his own* :p ;)
