I kept it up for a whole 10 minutes!

And that's not bad considering that's the first time in years...

Well OK, that's not totally true, this was the Xth attempt of the day... in a very short space of time... I had to keep stopping and get my breath back.

The initial burst was about 30 seconds... it nearly killed me.
Maybe I was going too fast.
I tried again; 40 seconds...
Fighting for air
My god, how *do* people manage this every single day?
Heart pounding
So I had another bash...
And another...
Was it the heat?
Was I expecting too much of myself?
Maybe I was pushing too hard, I should take it easy...
And then
At last
Oh joy
Oh bliss
Must have looked like an old codger at it
Nice and slow
Ah, that's better
Find my rythm
That's good
Take it easy...

And, like I said, I kept it up for a whole 10 minutes.

And now I ache. It hurts where it's not hurt in years...

Oh, the things I do *tsk* And all because I was asked nicely to remind her, to get her up for it every other morning...

It will either kill me or cure me!

*laughing....tears running down the face...on the floor, rolling...laughing...* I'm sure the girl could do aerobics with her pet kangeroo by herself, as long as you just push her out of bed for it...

Whatever. *hand in the air* It's OK if you don't want to admit it. You'll claim that you were trying to karoke or were out for a run or something, I bet.

Yeah, I think I've hurt myself doing it.

Not biking - I'm used to that :)

Well at least your going back to bed and not your ha ock ;)

BBFK: Yes, miss Bumblefuck...? Karaoke 325...? Great bike, but no.

Yeah, I *was* running actually, what TF did you think I was doing? Cheeky mare ;)

RahX: Running dude, running. The Bumblefuck got it...

I haven't run in years, it was killer. Totally different set of muscles used from biking, so with any luck the biking and karate should improve with this multi-disciplined workout. I think :\

Tescosuicide: LOL cheers dude :D Did you notice how clean everyone's answers were? It could have got well messy here in the comments department LOL

Vicious Summer: LOL I haven't played Hackysack in a while, Summer :) Yeah we had a craze of that over here some years ago... me and my mates used to get too stoned and just give up after a while LOL

Hmm, I was thinking "curling one off", I was going to suggest you get more roughage. But running, eh? Good work, keep it up.

Rebekah: Haha, I used to think like that, but feel it's doing some good now :)

DemonQueen: LOL Sorry girl, all revved up and nowhere to go huh?

EatYourCarrots: ROFL nice thought ;) Actually staying off the roughage, reckon I get too much of it... but yeah, running's good, harder work than cycling except I can't freewheel home when I get tired... LOL
