OK... so who's got any good ideas for getting me hold of 10 grand? That's good old Sterling... Ten thousand Great British Pounds to be precise...

    My BBFK: Well, the Russians did offer me a grand today, so that's a start... And I can scrape about another grand and a half together... so that *may* just leave 7.5 to be found... but I'm still looking for ideas to rustle up 10 thousand anyway...

    What do you need 10 grand for? couldnt you pay 'the cleaner'?

    Its never easy to make 10k ....unless you have some inside knowledge on a good bet (but then thats no guarantee). You could sell everything you own, that will probably come close or maybe even exceed it depending on the quality of your collected junk.
    You could try bank robbery

    You could put in a newspaper add telling people "they can make 10,000 pounds if they send you a pound"
    You could make up a sob story and put it on the internet. It worked for one girl and her credit card debt.
    Volunteer for scientific experiments. :) Here we get about 10 dollars for each psych experiment we do, only 999 to go.

    Have not tried it myself and don't know if it will work with

    "last chance to send 10 grand"

    THe sob story is I need to pay off those bills to get the money that would have paid off the bills... LOL So whichever rich passing blogger throws ten grand at me gets it back soon anyway... unless, of course, I make 10K and get lent 10K... then I'd be loaded :D

    An old friend of mine volunteered for experiments... we never saw him again...

    How about...something about pretending that you can manufacture red mercury (?!!?) and selling it to some random dudes for 5mil, but getting MI5 to cover for you?.....sorry, been watching 'Spooks' and my god it was good. We didn't get any for about 2 years, and it started again 2 weeks ago...ah....

    The Blue Skies Hostel - everyone needs a place to stay while traveling and you can gouge them on the price of bottled water and clean towels. (stole this from an episode of the Simpsons)

    The Blue Skies Adventure Retreat - two weeks of Lever instigated vacation adventure: scruppy ciders, science action figures, car towings, decapitations, merry blogging, and nausea inducing bike rides. 500 pounds a head for a retreat you'll never forget.

    Fake money? OK, I always wanted to be a forger... that sounds cool... robbing a bank? Nah, too much hassle... My old buddy Ron got done for driving a getaway car in a bungled robbery once...

    Write a book... that would have to be the print version of this blog, I reckon, including ALL the great comments...

    Million selling album? Now, I DO actually have a pile of lyrics I wrote years ago but I reckon they're probably crap... but then what's in the charts over here that's actually any good anyway? Yeah, you could be on to something there girl... Cheers :D
