AWOL

March 6th, 2007

Been AWOL for a week ;)

  1. Becky got locked out of the house and used a coat hanger, an open window and a skinny little butt to get in

  2. A day later we ALL got locked out and my method for getting us and our hot stir fry dinner in the house involved using an electric drill, a jigsaw and a small child!

  3. I put Becky’s lovely new replacement Samsung E 900 mobile phone in the washing machine. The phone was full of water for 3 days!
  4. I drove Becky’s flying brick along the M3 the other night and it ran out of petrol. We walked a mile to the petrol station, got tipped-off by a passing RAC patrol that the police were hovering around our vehicle and likely to have it towed away. Then we queued, bought a fuel can, filled it up, queued, paid for our gas, walked a mile back to the car and were only an hour late to the pub!
  5. Once at the pub I said “wouldn’t it be funny if we were at the wrong place?”… we were. Seconds later I got a phone call from my friend saying we were supposed to be at the Jolly Farmer in Binstead not the Jolly Miller in Warnborough. Funnily enough both places had a skittle alley.
  6. Becky’s Samsung is, 3 days later, finally dry and charging up ;)
  7. We go to see Trent Reznor tomorrow :p
  8. I need a cup of tea.

Rebekah: Howdy stranger, you pressed submit at the exact same time as me.

Yeah, it was ALL funny actually… I don’t recall being pissed off with any of those wrong’uns at all, not even the stroll down the dark motorway and then the big ten mile diversion LOL

Yeah, I’m gonna go get a beer now I think…

Sorry, I could not stop by. Went to all pet-shops in Europe to find a cat pipe. Everybody justed stared at me and shook their heads and waived their bodies. Until we popped into a small pet shop on the outer Hebrides:

A cat pipe sire? Are you sure you don’t mean a chimney?

    Me and languages:)

    =^.^=

Becky and phones don’t mix well together. Neither do Becky and cars.

    What’s a skittle alley?

Rebekah:Of course she does… she just works every hour of the day… unless she’s boozing it up in a 500 year old pub with an open fireplace and great ale :)

Talking of which, I do like your t-shirt… God Save the Queen, she ain’t no human being! I mean it man!

TorAa: LMAO No, no, a pipe to smoke catnip in ;)

Well, I know nothing at all of your language, my friend, so you’re doing an ace job :)

Kat E: Well, I’ve certainly had more car & phone adventures since Becky’s been around… I didn’t know life could be so colourful in those departments, I mean cars are for driving and phones are for talking… instead we’ve had bumps, fuel-outs, losses, washing-ups… I’ll tot these up one day ;)

Skittles is what ten-pin bowling or just bowling used to be before it became all high-tech and automated… we used a wooden ball and 9 pins this weekend… before, at the other place, it was a big rubber ball that would take out more people than pins!
