I’m not sure that devolution might be wrong, after all, the new trend of globalisation means that Spaniards run our phones (O2) and airports (BAA), Icelanders, Americans & Russians control football clubs, local hospitals and post offices are shut regularly to become more centralised… Maybe the Scots should control their own destinies, they might be better at it than the English are! :)
